Roshan Team

Roshan’s day-to-day programs are driven by a diverse and collaborative “blended” team made up of refugee, Indonesian, and international staff members. This team brings together a wide range of perspectives, experiences, and expertise, creating a dynamic and inclusive working environment that reflects the community we serve.

*All refugees holding staff positions are volunteers, as Indonesian regulations prohibit local employment of refugees.

**Roshan is not a formal educational institution. However, staff hold academic leadership titles such as Principals to provide a school-like experience for students and families.

YICF Team

Roshan is part of a local social foundation (yayasan sosial) called YICF. As the parent organization, YICF provides oversight, direction, and various forms of organizational support. The YICF team works closely with Roshan staff on a daily basis.
